Technical parameter of 650tpd cement production line
1.cement types
50tpd cement production line capacity is 650tpd for clinker, the technology and equipment adopted can produce for 32.5 and 42.5 OPC cement. the technology and equipment adopted can also produce portland cement and ordinary portland cement in accordance with Chinese cement standard GB175-1999,whose strengths are 32.5MP and 42.5MP(i.e 425# and 525# cement),and cement types can be adjusted according to market demand.
2.requirements for raw material and fuel
2.1 Calcareous material: CaO≥48%, MgO≤3%, K2O+Na2O≤0.6%, SO3≤1%Firestone or quartz≤4%
2.2 Argillaceous material: silica modulus n= SiO3/( Al2O3+ Fe2O3)=3.0~4.0 Alumina modulus p= Al2O3/Fe2O3=1.5~3.5 MgO≤3%, SO3≤2%, K2O+Na2O≤4%
2.3 Other raw materials: siliceous correcting material n >4

3.Main technical characteristics
3.1 This production line adopts advanced technology and equipment of current cement industry. With the advanced technology and dependable equipment, great economy benefits may be acquired. New model electric dust collector made in China according to import technology from FK Company, MF raw meal homogenizing silo developed by Germany BMH Corporation and heat temperature fan developed by Britain Davison Corporation adopted in this production line can improve the technology greatly.
3.2 The high-efficiency low-resistance five-stage cyclone pre-heater and CDC furnace system with high gas adaptability, high classification efficiency, high heat exchanging efficiency and low system resistance will be adopted at the kiln inlet, so as to increase the output of clinker. By adopting this system, temperature of raw meal feeding to kiln can reach to 850°C-900°C, and apparent degree of decomposition can reach to 90%-92%. Fluidize discharging method and broadened cavity which benefit for material poking are used at lower part of the third, fourth and fifth pre-heaters. In order to avoid jam in the high temperature area such as pre-heater and discharging duct, compressed air blowing device which can blow off powder automatically will be adopted at the bottom cone-shaped outlet, broadened cavity, discharging duct and transition housing of the third, fourth and fifth pre-heaters.
3.3 The following new technology will be adopted at the rotary kiln head:
a.Reliable systems are adopted for coal burning, storage and measuring and they can adapt to various burning conditions of different kinds of fuels.
b. The third-generation air girder grate cooler will be adopted.
3.4 In the raw meal grinding section, air swept drying mill is adopted. The raw material is dried by waste heat from the kiln inlet to save energy and investment. This system is high in running ratio, simple in production operation and less in maintenance.
3.5 According to technology requirements of the new dry process rotary kiln, advanced computerized DCS control system is adopted for the control of main production parts from bottom of raw material blending silos to top of cement silos. And PLC control system is adopted for other parts.
In the central control room, the DCS system can centrally manage conditions of production through four operation stations and one engineering station, show real-time parameters and history parameters, and print those parameters and reporting forms for convenience of process controlling by operator. Meanwhile, collecting, treating and adjusting of data (including process parameters, and running conditions and protection indexes of equipments) are done by site control station in each electric room.
The DCS system is high in reliability, convenient in operation, easy in erection and commissioning, and small in maintenance amount. It realizes high degree of production automation and general management of production data. And it has importance in stabilizing quality, increasing productivity and decreasing costs.
